It started with
the work around the work.

Trying to make the everyday work around a jewellery business feel more joined up showed me how much the small details matter. Records, follow-ups and repeated tasks all affect how a business feels to run.

That curiosity grew into building connected tools, systems and websites. The starting question is still the same: what needs to work better?

I like turning a messy need into something you can see, understand and use. The visual experience matters. So does the information behind it and the next decision someone needs to make.
